Arthur Mok is the Managing Partner of Hogan & Hartson's Shanghai office. Arthur has extensive experience representing entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors in international transactional matters in Asia and the United States. Arthur focuses on private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial arrangements. He routinely advises clients in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on life sciences and technology organizations with operations or business interests in China. Arthur previously practiced in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he advised clients on private equity and venture capital transactions.
