Alex Park's practice principally focuses on representing and advising public companies in a wide range of corporate, partnership, and securities transactions, and on general corporate and securities law matters. Alex's practice also focuses on representing and advising large investment banks in connection with securities offerings by public companies. Alex's transactional experience includes public company mergers and acquisitions, and representation of both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, Alex regularly advises public companies on general business matters, corporate governance, and general securities law and reporting compliance matters, including compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and NYSE corporate governance standards.

Representation of Trizec Properties, Inc. in its acquisition of a $1.6 billion portfolio from Arden Realty and General Electric.
