Christina E. Hassan
Partner, Washington, D.C.

Christina Hassan practices principally in the areas of commercial real estate and real estate finance. Christina regularly advises clients, including private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, publicly held corporations, and real estate developers, on transactions involving the acquisition, financing, disposition, development, leasing, and management of commercial properties. Christina also regularly counsels clients in structuring investments in commercial properties.

Christina frequently focuses on hospitality and related properties, and is a member of the firm’s Hospitality and Lodging Group. She has acted as primarily counsel in numerous transactions involving hotels, resorts, golf courses, and related properties throughout North America, as well as in the Middle East.

Prior to law school, Christina served as a Legislative Assistant to former U.S. Representative Rob Portman (R-OH), primarily handling health care, social security, and budget issues on behalf of the Congressman.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson in 2000, Christina engaged in the private practice of law as a corporate and real estate associate for a large law firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
