Dillon Kim's practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, unfair competition, and antitrust issues resulting from intellectual property litigation.
 
Dillon represents or has represented a number of pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation brought under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. He has also assisted his pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device clients in matters before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
 
Dillon's practice also includes providing legal infringement and validity opinions to clients in a variety of technologies, as well as prosecuting patent and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
