Paul Manca's practice encompasses a wide variety of corporate matters for both publicly and privately held companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, and corporate governance matters.
Paul has represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of public and private companies, including transactions in regulated industries such as health care and biotechnology. He regularly advises clients on general corporate governance matters. In addition, Paul has advised clients on corporate restructurings, joint venture transactions, and securities offerings.
Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Paul was an attorney with another law firm in Washington, D.C.
