Sally Soubra's practice focuses on business and finance with an emphasis in international business transactions. Sally has experience in energy and project finance transactions involving the development, construction, and financing of solar power projects.
While in law school, Sally managed the Iraq Project for the Public International Law and Policy Group. Prior to law school, Sally received a United States Fulbright Fellowship to Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates where she studied the legal rights and social development of women.
