Strategic Alliances
Hogan & Hartson offices are positioned in strategic locations, major business centers, and national capitals around the world. We draw from our local market knowledge and international capabilities to provide exceptional service and creative advice to our clients. In order to enhance these capabilities, we have formed the following strategic alliances:

Nagy & Pinter
Hogan & Hartson maintains a strategic alliance with Nagy & Pinter, a Hungarian law partnership. Since 1996, lawyers from our firms have worked together to offer clients seamless solutions for a myriad of matters. Nagy & Pinter is highly regarded in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, real estate, competition, and life sciences.

Pacific Rim Advisory Council
Hogan & Hartson is a member of the Pacific Rim Advisory Council, a nonexclusive network of leading law firms with offices in important business centers in Asia and Latin America, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Venezuela. We regularly interact with counsel in multiple jurisdictions in order to meet the needs of our global clients.

Stonebridge International LLC
Hogan & Hartson maintains a strategic affiliation with Stonebridge International LLC and often works collaboratively with Stonebridge to address clients’ needs, particularly engagements in markets marked by complexity.

Stonebridge is a leading international strategic advisory firm, operating at the nexus of business and government, offering comprehensive solutions to help global businesses manage risk, solve problems, and seize opportunities worldwide. In addition to providing strategic analysis and advice, the firm also develops and implements tailored strategies to achieve bottom-line results.

Stonebridge is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and was founded in 2001 by two former Hogan & Hartson partners, Samuel R. Berger, previously U.S. National Security Advisor, and Anthony S. Harrington, former U.S. Ambassador to Brazil. Stonebridge has assembled a top-tier, global team with unique knowledge, relationships, and insights drawn from experience in both the public and private sectors. Further, Stonebridge Vice Chairman H.P. Goldfield, a leading Republican political strategist, adds to the firm’s capacity to work with the U.S. Government and international financial institutions. Berger, Harrington, and Goldfield also serve as international strategic advisors to Hogan & Hartson.

The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan
Hogan & Hartson entered into a strategic alliance with The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan — the oldest and largest law firm in Saudi Arabia — in December 2004. The alliance expands upon a 20 year professional relationship between both firms. The combination of the resources of Hogan & Hartson together with the leading local and regional experience of The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan provides a strong platform and support for our clients conducting business in and from the Middle East.
