We provide the full range of commercial and litigation services to Polish and international enterprises and have been involved in some of the country’s largest foreign investments. For example, we represented the world’s largest car manufacturer in the establishment of its Polish operations and in the merger of its subsidiaries in Poland. We used our practical knowledge of the automotive industry to provide informed advice in what was a highly complex project covering labor law, contract agreements, and finance operations.

We also act as Polish general counsel to a number of multinational firms operating in Poland. We have extensive knowledge of Polish labor, tax, real estate, and customs issues, which arise in the context of day-to-day business operations. For example, we advise one of the largest personnel consultancy agencies in Poland on outsourcing and temporary work issues.

We have significant insight into the Polish political system. Many of our lawyers have held high-profile positions in governmental, parliamentary, and legal institutions and were actively involved in shaping critical policies and direction.
